My Opinion

I drew this artwork that shows a mother with her baby inside because it shows this perspective of how her child was taken away from her. I drew symbols on the top of the page that represent sterilization as well as symbols for the indian hospitals and what we use to help spread awareness today. In addition, I wrote words around the baby that connects to the topic and how the government mistreated indigenous women. Its terrible that they wanted to wipe the indigenous population out when they had done nothing wrong.
